spring break

RMSC during break with friends means climbing, show boating on TV, testing things, trying things, figuring things out and have tons of fun!  Did I mention this week was 'Messtival'?  So we made fake poop, fake vomit and fake snot.  Really what could be better!

easter

Holy Saturday we went to East Aurora and spent time with the Bindigs. We took in the beauty of Knox Farm; my favorite was the barn pictured below.  I love it when the paint is coming off for a photo (not in my own house, ha!)  You could picture people on horses enjoying riding in the park, weddings being held on the beautiful grounds, pets being walked, kids running and playing.  What a gorgeous spot!  And then onto a wonderful dinner and family time with the cousins.

Easter Sunday before mass and before the Hintons came over for a wonderful lunch, which turned into dinner, smores by the campfire and lots of great moments!

feeling bad

Cuddling on the couch watching shows from my childhood (Leave it to Beaver and Bewitched).   Warm body, cozy blanket and arms wrapped around me.  Nothing better.  One fever needs to go away and bring back his infectious smile.

Blaise down for two days but getting better.  At work the library is closed due to my absence.  Feeling guilty.  Wait, live in this moment.  Cuddling, warm, arms  . . . oh yeah.

blue and gold

Happy Birthday Cub Scouts!  We celebrated with a pot luck, birthday cake and some entertainment.  Bubblemania came to our blue and gold and he was amazing!  He talked about the science behind bubbles and through demonstration had the boys spell-bound and the parents in stitches.  What a fantastic evening!
