STEM overnight

STEM overnight for Scouts . . calculate your weight on different planets, coin toss/probability, use a flashlight and model to show lunar/solar eclipses, star party looking at constellations, explore careers in space exploration, fly paper airplanes and more! What a fantastic overnight!

date night with mom

While Dad is playing in a hockey tournament I had a date night with the boys. We watched the movie Coco and ate some amazing creations. We made Pepperoni Pull-Apart Bread and Joanna Gaines Honey Lime Tarts with homemade whipped cream. DELICIOUS!

The boys favorite babysitter received his Eagle award last night. I forgot to bring my camera but this photo was taken with his parents phone at the end of the evening while we walked out with them. The boys wanted to stay until the last minute. They made a card and gave Oliver a silver Eagle coin. Although with receiving his Eagle, he was named to All Greater Rochester Sports for Swimming and was appointed and will attend the Naval Academy. Wow! What an amazing young man to have my guys look up to!

gettysburg

Ambrose went on a Scout trip to Gettysburg over April break. They left Monday early morning and returned Friday afternoon. They hiked 10 miles one day and 7-8 miles another. Ambrose was nicknamed Chey-Boy-ar-A as he was known to be a great chef and seasoned food well. Such an incredible experience - learning about the history, camping in a tent and being outside with other Scouts.
